Client Maintenance / Client Parameters / Ineligible Calculations
Ineligible Calculations
The ineligible calculation screen allows you to pick and choose the values that will be used when calculating ineligibles for your borrower. By default, all the ineligibles reasons except retention would be at the right section for newly created clients. The Retention reason will be available at the left section. In order to set the parameters, move the values you don’t want over to the left side. To do this, first click on the value you want to move then click the left arrow to move it over. Conversely move the values that you do want over to the right side by clicking on the value you want to move, then click the right arrow to move it.
Once you have all the ineligible values that will be used in the calculation listed on the right, now you can sort them in the order in which they should be calculated. You can do this by using the up and down arrows. Select the value you would like to move then click on the up or down arrow. Make sure you are satisfied with the order. Once the order is established, the first ineligible in the list will be calculated first, then the second and so on. The order of selected ineligible reasons appears in the same order in the following pages: Ineligible summary page, BBC availability page, Management Reports and, BBC Report.

For example, Debtor: AGE1, Past Due AR days = 60, Over 60 in summary receivables = $0 Over 90 in summary receivables = $2000.00 Over 120 in summary receivables = $4750.00 Past dues = $0 + $2000.00 + $4750.00 = $6750.00
Debtor: AGE2, Past Due AR days = 60, Past dues = $0 +$0 +$100 = $100 The summation of all debtors past dues is considered as ineligible amount for the particular client.
